Content Enforcement Policy

This policy explains how Orbyt enforces its Community Guidelines and the escalation path from community moderators to site administrators. It supplements the Terms of Service.

1. Moderation Structure

• Community Moderators — Volunteers appointed by each community; they create local rules, review reports, and apply warnings or community-level bans.
• Site Administrators — Operator staff who handle cross-community issues and site-wide actions.

2. Enforcement Toolkit

We may remove content, issue temporary or permanent bans, or take other measures at our sole discretion. Severity depends on the violation's nature, frequency, and context.

3. Adult Content Policy

Orbyt does not allow adult content, sexually explicit material, or the creation of communities dedicated to adult themes. This includes but is not limited to:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit images, videos, or text
• Sexual services or solicitation
• Communities primarily focused on adult or sexual content

Violations will result in immediate content removal. Communities found to be primarily focused on adult content will be removed entirely, and the community creator may face account suspension or permanent ban.

4. Reporting Content

• Click the Report button on any post/comment.

5. Ban Evasion

Creating alternate accounts or otherwise evading restrictions will result in immediate site-wide suspension or permanent ban.

6. Law Enforcement Requests

Law enforcement or legal requests must follow the procedures in our Law Enforcement Guidelines. We notify users when legally permitted.

7. Policy Updates

Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of Orbyt after an update constitutes acceptance.
