How to Install on Android

Important: Not yet on Google Play. Available now via direct download from Orbyt.

Enable Unknown Sources

Go to Settings → Security (or Settings → Apps on newer Android versions) and enable "Install from Unknown Sources" or allow your browser to install apps.

Download the APK

Click the download button above to download the Orbyt APK file to your Android device. The file will be saved to your Downloads folder.

Open the Downloaded File

Open your device's Downloads folder or notification panel, then tap on the orbyt-android.apk file.

Install the App

Follow the on-screen prompts to install the app. You may need to confirm that you want to install from this source.

Launch Orbyt

Once installed, tap "Open" or find the Orbyt app icon in your app drawer to launch the app.

Security Note: Only download APK files from trusted sources. This APK is provided directly by Orbyt and is safe to install.

Troubleshooting

Can't find "Install from Unknown Sources"?

On Android 8.0 and higher, the setting is per-app. Go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, then select your browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) and enable "Allow from this source."

Installation blocked by Play Protect?

Google Play Protect may warn you about installing apps from outside the Play Store. Tap "Install anyway" or "More details" and then"Install anyway" to proceed.

App won't install or crashes?

Make sure you're running Android 5.0 or higher. Try restarting your device and downloading the APK again.
