How can I fix my back issues?

I know going to a doctor/chiropractor would probably be best to start with but I have to wait until I have insurance for that. I can't afford it out of pocket. So I am looking for tips, tricks, approaches, and really any information that has helped you or someone you know.

Starting about 2 months ago, I began waking up sore. My shoulders and middle back, sometimes my neck and lower back - I just hurt so much in the morning. I am sore for a number of hours after waking and feel better as the day goes on but I still feel stiff. Someone told me I might need a new mattress but I had just gotten one in November. Unless it took time and this is the source of my issues? I got the same brand and kind of mattress I had before, just a bigger size. I don't know if it would make sense for the new mattress to be causing issues.

Anyways, what are some things I can work on at home to improve things until I am able to see a doctor?

Molecular Switch To Reverse Cancer

A team of Korean scientists have discovered a way to reverse cancer cells by making them function normal. They were able to successfully reverse colon cancer with their discovery. This was breaking news a year ago but many people are just now finding out about it so I figured I would share a bit about it.

KAIST (President Kwang-Hyung Lee) announced on February 5th that Professor Cho’s team from the Department of Bio and Brain Engineering has successfully developed a fundamental technology to detect and analyze the critical transition phase when normal cells become cancerous. This breakthrough has led to the discovery of a molecular switch capable of reverting cancer cells back to their normal state.

This is an amazing breakthrough that could lead to saving MILLIONS of lives!

Doctors offices are stuck in the past

Dealing with doctors offices makes me absolutely crazy. In an age when everything else has moved online, to make an appointment we still have to call their front desk staff on the telephone between the hours of 8am and 4pm, except between noon and 1pm when they're at lunch. Once we get into the office, we have to fill out the same information on multiple forms over and over again.

Someone change this, please.
