How to Dispose of Oil
How do you dispose of old/used cooking oil? I want to fry more things but also don't want to pour oil down my drains. I've used FryAway solidifier to some success but am looking to see if there are better ideas.

What I like to do is what my nana taught me and that is to save glass jars with lids. You pour the used oil into those and just throw them in the trash. I am sure there is a more environmentally conscious way to do this but this is what has worked for me so I stick with it. You can also do this with cans if the oil solidifies. Like I do this with grease since it becomes a solid when cooled.

Ah, thats a good option. Maybe I've just been overcomplicating this in my head lol
